Our Process

Contact us to arrange an initial consultation. We will discuss your project to help understand your proofreading and/or editing requirements, as well as your time frames. We can do this via email, phone or video call.

Following the consultation, we will provide timelines and pricing to suit your time frames and budget. We can offer pricing as a fixed cost per project, an ongoing hourly rate, or custom pricing that works for you.

Once the pricing is approved, we will then proofread and/or edit your work, and provide a correction report detailing our recommendations. This will often involve working through multiple revisions in order to achieve the desired outcome.

Once everything is completed and you are happy with the result, we will send an invoice to be paid within 30 days, and will await your next project!
Students / ESL
We offer a range of academic services to ensure you are best in class - including proofreading and editing assignments, publications and theses. We can be especially helpful if English is your second language.
